We have participated and led requirements definitions with the business community; and, have facilitated resolution of conflicting requirements, helped identify futuristic or nice-to-have requirements, differenciate between must have features and good to have and analyzed impacts on system performance. We leverage our experience from having worked with large tier 1 service providers, worldwide, to help redefine business processes and provide work-arounds to optimize customization requirements.
Vendor Management

We analyze application inter-dependencies to assess and negotiate estimations on effort, viability of the proposed solution to meet requirements, and timelines. We have also helped resolve conflicts on missed vs. misinterpreted requirements, defects vs. change requests. Having worked internationally, we help with inter-cultural alignment, collaborative communication with the vendors' development team/s, and knowledge sharing.
Delivery Assurance

We perform benchmarking and system performance assessments. We have benchmarked performance of applications, software infrastructure and hardware. In assessing system performance, we identify gaps and provide risk mitigation strategy and plan.
While engineering solutions, we help in buy vs. build decisions, test strategy; optimize test cycles, and review test coverage to reduce post-implementation influx of trouble tickets and issues. We have led data migrations and production-rollout strategies.
