Convergent Billing

Large service providers usually have different billing systems for different communication services. However, the convergence of communication services drives the same expectations from the billing systems. Migrating billing systems is often an expensive proposition.

Having engineered billing solutions for such requirements at some service providers: electronic stapling of bills from different billing streams; consolidation of bills from different billing streams with bundling discounts and payment splits for revenue sharing; billing for hierarchical discounts and roll-overs.

We are leveraging their experience of web services and existing enterprise architecture solutions to provide appropriate solutions for a consolidated view of the customer information which is distributed over different billing systems.

Self Care

Attempts to reduce prices without compromising on customer care have driven the increasing use of web based self-care. Some of the solutions to meet such requirements are eBill integrated with a personal phone book, synchronized with paper bills, with bill archiving and retrieval; mobile-centric self-care and web based customer-care with SMS notification, for provisioning and administration of digital messaging services: email, SMS, PAB, and calendaring.

The core group of FnStar Telecom practise have in-depth knowledge of emerging technologies that are driving the wireless messaging revolution, through their engagement with technology companies, including serving on their Board of Directors. We have engineered a comprehensive mobile-centric digital messaging solution providing email, SMS, personal address book, and calendaring services.

Performance and Scalability

The core group have reviewed application architectures and led re-engineering effort for billing solutions to cater to large subscriber base, and have successfully implemented this solution for several customers, some as large as 30 million subscribers.
