Customer Information System (fn*CIS) - It is designed to provide a 360-degree view of your customers, including complete customer demographics and product relationships. CIS provides a central repository for critical customer information, the foundation for managing relationships.
The CIS solution also provides an institution with the information necessary to calculate customer profitability. Through reporting and analysis tools, the Customer Profitability application assists customers in effectively targeting and managing valuable customer relationships to increase bottom line results and retention.
CIS is integrated with our other FNSTAR CRM solution offerings to ensure data consistency for marketing, profitability, and decision-making activities.
Target Marketing System (fn*TMS) - TMS is a fully integrated targeted marketing tool that provides financial institutions with new opportunities to cross-sell services through personalization and segmentation. Offers can be personalized to the customer's financial situation. TMS supports an easy to use admin module that allows an administrator to create new offers based on a variety of parameters.
With end-to-end tracking, TMS can track user demographics, offers presented to a particular group, and offers closed. This functionality ensures that you can reach the right customers at the right time leading to the success of your marketing initiatives.
